Project management responsibility for completing three small oxygen plants. The original contractor was not able to make these plans work. CCSI modified the oxygen plants based on our trouble-shooting and analysis of design. The plants passed acceptance tests, and CCSI was awarded operating service contracts by the cities of Pasadena, Texas and Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
